Brought my 2001 corvette in for ac repair. John did a great job fixing it. Blake was nice and helpful. They put plastic on steering wheel and seats which was nice. Sold me an extended warranty. When It came to get car fixed I found out I don’t have proper documentation for oil changes since I did them myself. So no warranty They have no prof or evidence it’s fixed I found out I don’t have proper documentation for oil changes since I did them myself. So no warranty They have no prof or evidence it’s a oil problem but if it needs oil then you have to prove with very detailed recipes first before making a claim No one opened the engine up to see what’s actually wrong. Noise comes from inside engine so it must need oil. So without actual receipt listing the exact oil and filter purchased with a date matching the oil change reset downloaded by OnStar no warranty My fault because I didn’t see this stipulation in the 5 pages of ultra fine print. Paid extra to get the best warranty which turned out to be no warranty. All I remember is being told by sales is I am 100% covered Adding insult to injury I had to pay $160 for someone to listen to the car and tell me I am no covered. I don’t believe they even opened the hood More
