Other than that, the misinformation between what was told to my brother by GM and the finance person regarding rewards points was really upsetting to him. Mike D was a great salesman, very helpful. The car is great. Love it. It has handled well in snow. I have an urge to wrap it in bubble wrap because of other drivers! More

Zero communication Drove 3 hours for a cash purchase that took 3.5 hours. No communication from sales staff during our visit. The deal was worked out over the phone, however, they snuck in a. $500 “inspection” fee tonthe purchase price. I questioned and the salesman said “yeah I should have been more clear on that” doesn’t the dealer inspect the cars before even selling it?? Then after 2 hours and 45 min when I asked how much longer it would be I got attitude from that person and then tried to talk to the sales manger and got a little attitude from him. At that point I was done. On the way home a tire went flat, my wipers blew off, the heat stopped working, and the remote to the car fell about and would not work. That’s after a $500 inspection? I could go on and elaborate but do not think I need to. More

Three headlights in two years They have horrible customer service. They don’t fix things properly. I went back 3 times for them to change headlight. You have to take off front bump They have horrible customer service. They don’t fix things properly. I went back 3 times for them to change headlight. You have to take off front bumper to change it, which is extra money.. so why does it go out in less than two years? Then I asked for them to check something else out and they forgot to, did it as I was leaving, and said I could come back to get it fixed for another $170. They don’t even try to work with you when you tell them that you have been there for multiple times for the same problem. They still charge you and still make you sit for hours on end. This is a terrible place and will not be going back. More
