It took over 2 hours to get a scheduled oil change. I left my 8:30am oil change appointment at 10:45. I only had an oil change. I was told, as I was walking away from checking in, that it would take an hour and 10 minutes, which seemed shocking enough. Then I did not see anyone again until 10:30 when I was told there were a few problems that they found. They did not check in and explain it would take longer than expected. When I told the person that I had already been there for 2 hours and would not being staying to fix anything else, they seemed surprised that I was unhappy at the amount of time I had been waiting. Simply coming to explain if they were overbooked or backed up would have made all the difference; I could have done some work. I am lucky to have a job that, when i told my boss I would be in after my oil change, I can show up whenever. I never would have imagined it taking 135 minutes to change oil. More

I purchased a certified used car with an extended warranty from Bill Kay Chevrolet of Lisle. Being that Im a single mom I rely heavily on dependable transportstion so I purchased all the coverage needed. When a check engine light came on at 7 pm on wednedsay night I had no choice but to bring it in for service the next day asap. I arrived at 7:30 am and explained the check engine light is on and it said low engine power reducing my speed of my car on the highway. I didnt want to drive the car anymore until it was fixed as it seemed unsafe. I needed to go to work at 9 am but was told there were no loaners and could I wait a few hours? I felt extremely disappointed to know that I purchased a certified car with an extended warranty only to be without a car when I needed to get to work. I will say when I expressed my anger- mark? the service rep- was very accomadating and very nice to me. He did get my car in right away and was able to have it fixed allowing me to only be a little bit late to work. This was only after I complained about how ridiculous it was that a loaner would not be available. I think the service rep to a great job given what he had to work with but to know that you have to complain and beg for a loaner when theres something seriuosly wrong with your car is unexceptable to me. More

Way overpriced for a 10-minute bulb change I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes and then was charged $77 for a bulb change in my rear passenger side tail light. Never again! Knowledgeable employees Found the vehicle I wanted through the internet. Called and Jose was my sales person. He answered all my questions and made the process easy. I felt the sales pitch for extended warranties were a little much. No one needs the extra warranties when you are purchasing a new vehicle. I know better so I didn't accept any of the additional warranties. The individual that set up my paperwork was very professional and knowledgeable and did his job well. More
