Not too pushy, very informative I had the pleasure of working with Jose. I stopped in first just to do a test drive and talk monthly payments; at no point was I pressured to purchase I had the pleasure of working with Jose. I came in a few days later with my dad, and the process was fairly easy and streamlined. The only long waiting period (around 45 minutes) was when we had to wait for the guests before us to finish in the financing office. Joanna was also very nice and contacted me quickly to set up times for me to come in. Really my only issue with the visit is when there was a misunderstanding regarding the financing percentage; the financing manager harshly corrected Jose in front of us, which is a manner I believe could have been handled differently or at least privately. When I got there around 2:30 on last Wednesday, I would have stopped by the dealership and m I recently got an oil change service from Bill Kay Chevy. When I got there around 2:30 on last Wednesday, I would have stopped by the dealership and made an appointment for other day. However, I did not step out of my car. At that time, a front information desk person buzzed me in the garage and told me I could have a walk-in service because the time was not overbooked. I was so surprised and waited until it was done plus an additional rear wiper repair service which took exactly 1 hour. More
