When dealing with finance, I was a little disappointed with how the I was treated in terms of buying an extended warranty. The employee made me feel like I had to purchase the warranty and significantly decreased the price after I declines, indicating he was trying to get more money out of me originally. Previous to coming to Bill Kay, I took my Chevy into a nearby Chevy dealer and consistently was ripped off, had poor service, and was treated disrespectfully. I finally made the decision to travel a little farther to try a different dealership. The staff was friendly, quick, down to earth, and didn't pressure. The service was quick and accurate. They pulled my car up for me and to my surprise it was washed and the tires were filled.. They went out of their way, which is rare to find nowadays. More

Should have walked away! The car buying took way to long. First of all I had to ask and find help, that took to long! The saleman tried to sneek in a xxxxty overpriced car warranty making it sound like its included in sticker price not as ADD ON! It took nearly 4 hours to wait for the Finance manager!And lastely they were to damm cheap to even top the gas off with a half tank are you xxx kidding me! More
