Crooked GAP Company I purchased GAP coverage from Bill Kay in Lisle IL for a vehicle about 5 years ago. I sold this vehicle in May, 2019 as a trade-in for my current vehi I purchased GAP coverage from Bill Kay in Lisle IL for a vehicle about 5 years ago. I sold this vehicle in May, 2019 as a trade-in for my current vehicle. At the time, I lived in IL when the original purchase took place. I now live out of state. I have called, sent letters, etc. and talked with numerous staff at the dealership about sending the necessary paperwork to process my GAP refund for the unused portion of the GAP coverage. They have refused to handle this matter by hanging up the phone, not taking a calls and ignoring my letters. Why are they keeping the unused portion of the GAP coverage and not refunding it to me? It helps their bottom line. This is outrageous????? I am so pissed with these so-called good guys. More
Missed opportunity ... I had the pleasure of working with Noah as my sales person. He was great, he was very patient, knowledgeable and considerate during the whole Purchas I had the pleasure of working with Noah as my sales person. He was great, he was very patient, knowledgeable and considerate during the whole Purchase process. The vehicle I purchased has the scent of smoke Embedded into the vehicle. During the purchasing we agreed that the vehicle would be ionized by the dealer to remove the smell. Although Noah has been in contact via text messages, there is still no plan to have this addressed and has left me a feeling of deception, feeling as I am being strung along until I go away. Also, when I took the vehicle home, the gas tank was on empty. I really felt the least the dealership could have done after purchasing the vehicle at asking price ($48k) was to provide some gas in the tank. In a few years my daughter will be driving so we will be in the market for a vehicle for her. I was really hoping to have a great experience here and give you guys the opportunity to have some more of my business but I would have to think twice about it. The dealership is also near my home so it would have worked out logistically for me to have my vehicle serviced here also. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family as my experience wasn’t the greatest after purchasing a $48k vehicle. More

Professional dealer; to the point and above board. Saw vehicle on line. Visited dealer and discussed potential deal. Bill Kay Corevttes and Classics Review I worked with Gary at Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics a few weeks ago as I was purchasing my first C6 Corvette. Gary and the staff were the gold stand I worked with Gary at Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics a few weeks ago as I was purchasing my first C6 Corvette. Gary and the staff were the gold standard when it came to professionalism. For example, I never received an annoying phone call asking me if I made up my mind; some other dealerships took that approach. In addition, Gary had an excellent knowledge base about the inventory at the dealership. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am looking forward to conducting future purchases via Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics. Well done, Gary and the rest of the staff! More
Couldve been better I went in looking for a used suv was partially welcomed and left alone a lot don’t really like that also i was happy with loan and monthly payment but I went in looking for a used suv was partially welcomed and left alone a lot don’t really like that also i was happy with loan and monthly payment but upset and bothered that only because its a used car they don’t treat you like a priority i been to another dealership where they do I would’ve appreciated if u would’ve washed the car nicely and a full tank of gas the last thing that really pissed me off and this is the reason i wont recommend anyone to this dealership when i asked about a full tank of gas the gentleman said no we only do it for customers who buy new cars i shouldve said no after that and walked away this dealership made a sale with me you would think the least they could do have a full tank of gas if they really cared about the customers More
