This was our first new car in a number of years so we had the somewhat normal trepidation of dealing with car shopping/buying and were delighted to fi This was our first new car in a number of years so we had the somewhat normal trepidation of dealing with car shopping/buying and were delighted to find our fears were unfounded as Dorry, Jose and the rest of the team did their very best to be upfront and honest with us plus quickly get the vehicle ready for our 2000 mile road trip! Dorry deserves 5 stars as she patiently walked us through the process, applicable discounts, options, etc. and made sure we knew how to use all the features on our new 2019 truck - we couldn't be happier with it! If you're looking for a new vehicle - this is a great dealership to do business with - we highly recommend! More

Not Wowed If I was a dealer, I would care equally for my new customer whether they bought used or new. New or Used, my customer just committed thousands of dollars to keep me in business. New or used, I'd fill up the tank before sending them on their way. Bill Kay Policy: Only done for new car buyers. My sales rep was nice enough, but he did not take care to put my transferred plate on right side up. Strangely, I found the plate on the front of my vehicle upside down after I parked in my garage. A rather strange mistake? Also, I'll acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inspect the vehicle I am buying, and ask the right questions. But it would be helpful for the dealer to inform the customer as to what procedures have been completed on the used vehicle to ready it for sale. For example, I would have assumed the oil has been changed and tire pressures were set. But I have no clue, considering that Bill Kay doesn't even fill the gas tank. Perhaps they have done nothing but wash the exterior. Also, I discovered after purchase, that there is nothing in the trunk in the way of a spare (with tools) or a flat-repair tool kit of any sort. At least, confirming this with the customer is a courtesy that should be offered. Overall, my experience was not terrible, but Bill Kay did not do anything to improve the common perception of horse traders down through history. An expected and ordinary experience is all I can say. More

Salesman Joe is fantastic! We had problems with every department except for salesman named Joe. Messages not being given to Joe. Paperwork missed placed for a week & Joe found i We had problems with every department except for salesman named Joe. Messages not being given to Joe. Paperwork missed placed for a week & Joe found it. FedEx delivery signed for by the front desk & missed placed for 2 days & was found by Joe. On his day off Joe answered his private cell phone & helped figure out the problem. Car transport was there twice to pick up car but couldn't because paperwork wasn't finished. Car was delivered & still didn't have correct paperwork. Phone call to Joe & finally correct paperwork was faxed. I'm sorry it sounds like departments weren't on the ball but they weren't. A BIG thank you again to Joe!! More than just a salesman!! More
