Corvette purchase NIGHTMARE!!!! I wanted to buy a 2020 corvette and have been trying to get one ordered through Bill Kay Chevrolet for approx 4 months (today is 5/4/2020) I have been I wanted to buy a 2020 corvette and have been trying to get one ordered through Bill Kay Chevrolet for approx 4 months (today is 5/4/2020) I have been waiting on a phone call from "Their corvette Specialist" for the entire 4 months after calling them at least 10 times and never received a return call from above mentioned "specialist" or anyone else for that matter. Today, i called AGAIN and this time, I am told I can order the car I want but I have to pay $20,000.00 over the sticker price of approx $80,000.00 as that is their "new policy"on all 2020 and 2021 vettes. I said have a nice day, called Webb Chevrolet and my car is ordered for the sticker price of approx $80,000.00 and the whole ordeal took approx. 30 minutes. If you are looking to buy a 2020 or 2021 Vette, go anywhere else then Bill Kay as you will get terrible customer service and RIDICULOUS mark ups on the new vette. The one star because I had to!! More

What stood out immediately with Bill Kay Chevrolet.....I wasn't harassed! I was contacted by John. He reached out and left it there. There were not multiple phone calls nor multiple emails and texts. He left it up to me to respond if I wanted to. I did. I am very pleased with my Tuscon. The salesman was kind, friendly and very helpful. The process was quick. Jesse in finance looked out for my best interest and that process was also seamless. The last time I bought a car it was a 5 hour process, I was in and out in 2.5 hours from walking, test driving, asking questions, and signing papers. Highly recommend. More

Brought my car in for a couple of items. Told them where the issue was (from t right tire). Ended up being charged for looking at all for tires and full suspension. Was told that all the tires were bad and the issue was (from t right tire). Ended up being charged for looking at all for tires and full suspension. Was told that all the tires were bad and needed to be replaced (1 yr old Equinox). Took it to a tire shop as soon as I left and it was a bad right front tire. Am not sure if I will be returning for any additional work. More
