I went to look at an Impala they offered for sale with only 22k miles. From the outside the vehicle looked pretty good. However mechanically the engine was leaking oil, enough to drip on the exhaust m only 22k miles. From the outside the vehicle looked pretty good. However mechanically the engine was leaking oil, enough to drip on the exhaust manifold and smell. Also, one tire was replaced but the remaining 3 had a date code of 33 08. Yes, the tires were 14 years old! I'm not sure if you can even sell a car with tires that old as it is a safety hazard. Needless to say I did not buy the car because I was disappointed in what they were selling (especially at a price way higher that retail value). More
Extremely shady dealership, I went to cancel my gap insurance after a year of having a car I purchased from there and the financing manager was very hard to get a hold of. He would not return my calls insurance after a year of having a car I purchased from there and the financing manager was very hard to get a hold of. He would not return my calls, this went on for over 8 months. I finally had to drive over an hour there to get things situated. took over a year to finally get the gap insurance I didn’t need due to selling the car cancelled. Pathetic, all because he wanted to keep the commission. Stay away from buying a car from here. More
