My daughter is a first time car buyer. She is a college student with not much credit. We were thrilled that Bill Kay was able to cut a deal without a co-signer. However, we rushed through the paperwork as she was trying to get to school on time and they had run the credit under my name not hers on accident ( new employee- so we understood) so they had to redo the papers and she had to resign so it was taking forever. When we got home we realized they had increased the sticker price by $2,000 before taxes and fees were added! Seems a bit dishonest to me. More

We just bought a Bolt EV here. Treated well, very low hassle, though it seems like car-buying is a different world now than it was 8 years ago when we bought our last car. Bill Kay made it as easy as possible, and Arnulfo was super helpful and friendly along the way - and responsive to my many emails. When the car finally came in it was easy to schedule a time to pick it up, and although the process took awhile, we still never felt too hassled. A shame my trade-in wasn't worth more, but I definitely didn't want to try to sell it myself so them's the breaks. :) Hopefully we won't be back for service TOO often, but I appreciate everyone's friendliness and the low hassle of buying a car here. Go see Arnulfo if you're in the market for a Chevy! More
