After a test drive, we looked at a couple other similar vehicles and realized that there was another requirement to consider. We liked the ride in the Equinox with a 6 cylinder, the general style and the interior. The towing package was great but we did not really want the sun roof and the super speakers. Eric worked with someone else to offer us a fair value for our trade-in and then to purchase a new Equinox. After a week we are still happy with our purchase. More
Bill Baresch was great to work with! No high pressure. No hassle. I was able to let him know exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in, and he was able to get the deal togeth No hassle. This was much better than playing the typical car-buying waiting game. However, I did end up having to wait when I actually went in to sign, because turns out there was a line to see the finance guy. That's great for Bill Kay though! Glad to see business is good! There was also a little misunderstanding because I had to visit the dealership 3 time before I finally picked up the car. The first was I guess just to say yes, that I wanted the car and that I wanted the sun roof and remote start installed. I thought I already agreed to that over the phone, and I thought this was the time I would have signed all the paperwork and got the installtion process started. I felt like this was a wasted trip. The second was to come in and sign the paperwork, after which they sent the car for the sun roof and remote start installation (this is where the long wait happend), and the third was when I actually picked up the car about 5 days later (this trip was very fast - I was quickly on my way). That being said - everyone treated me very kindly. This is my second car purchase from Bill Kay, and I am very pleased. We also use Bill Kay's service department for maintaince on our Suburban and Malibu. They are also wonderful to work with. More
