Joe was an excellent sales representative. He was friendly and was a good listener. He had the Malibu that I selected online ready for me to see and drive within a few minutes after my arrival. Overall, I had a good experience with the car purchase I made at Bill Kay Chevrolet. I understand that Bill Kay and every other dealer nowadays strive to take the hassle out of the car buying experience in made at Bill Kay Chevrolet. I understand that Bill Kay and every other dealer nowadays strive to take the hassle out of the car buying experience in an attempt to eliminate the cliché car buying experience of the old days, which is a good thing, there’s no surprises once you arrive to the dealership (for the most part…). However, this strategy interferes with the consumers’ negotiating prowess in an attempt to do away with some of the “Junk Fees” associated with the final purchase of the vehicle. I attempted to squirm my way out of the fees, but they would not budge. No worries though…I got a great car for a great price, I would recommend the dealership to anyone. More
