In short, I saw the vehicle I had been looking for on a Wednesday. I was put in contact with Mr. Baresch immediately and we had a verbal agreement/deposit in place on Thursday. I flew to Chicago from Columbus, OH on Friday to inspect and pick up the vehicle. Side note: Bill had a very kind and generous fellow pick me up from Midway within 15 minutes of my plane landing and he treated me to breakfast while we waited for the dealership to open. To my relief the vehicle was in just as great of shape as Mr. Baresch described and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Mr. Casino was also helpful as he saved me $1000 dollars on my extended warranty, which also happened to be a better warranty as it is backed by GM and not a third party deal. I can say with confidence that my experience was great and may lead me back to Bill Kay Chevrolet to pick up a Chevy Corvette....if I decide not to get the Porsche!!! More
I am working out of town, so in the evenings, I have been driving to dealerships I have found on "Auto trader" that had C5 corvettes. They did have a C5 I did have to come back and look at, I took it for a demo ride with Jonathan Forkal, we came back and talked. I explained that a few years back I was out of work for a while and things got tight,and my credit suffered. We also dicussed price, long story short they met my price,and found a loan I can live with, with out a lot of droma. I did buy A 2000 C5 from Jonathan, I liked his perfesonelism and his knowlage of corvettes. The paper work was shot and painless, the assoiates were great to work with, I will check with them the next time I'm looking for a car. THANKS, Bill Barney More

His commitment to customer service continues on after the sale. He is the reason I use this dealership for my new car purchase. The service department is top notch. I have been to Bill Kay many times and have always had prompt response and outstanding service with no rework. The Service manager Mark Bowling and his team is always easy to work with spends time with you and always explains all items in a way you know what is being done. This location always has the parts I need when I need them. I wish I could expect the same high level of service and knowledge from other companies that I consistently receive from Bill Kay Chevy. Bill Kay is the only dealer we will go to. We bought a new Cruze LTZ last night and the experience was awesome thanks to Bill Baresch and all the other staff that helped. We also had our Camaro SS in for new Cruze LTZ last night and the experience was awesome thanks to Bill Baresch and all the other staff that helped. We also had our Camaro SS in for an oil change which was done immediately. The service guys are the best and we would never think of taking our cars anywhere else for service!
