Jennifer's knowledge about the car, and Johns expertise with Numbers and negotiations made my experience easy. John and Jennifer went above and beyond what you would expect in customer satisfaction. You cannot beat it. John made financial sense. If he was not in car sales, I probably use him as an Investment advisor and financier. Jennifer was great in helping me with getting the car I wanted, and was even helpful when I changed my mind, and John was right there with the numbers to back it. So for that-I am happy. Buy from Bill Kay-unless you like getting ripped off...if so then go to Chevrolet of Naperville-But if you want a car, and somebody you could do business with, then go to Lisle along the I-355 and Ogden, look at a chevy, pull up a chair with Jennifer and John, and get a great car with a fair price, and learn why you are getting the car you are getting at a great price!!! I was in an accident that totaled my car that still had a substantial amount of money owed to the finance company. I was expecting to be turned down for a loan on a used car, let alone a new car. Imagine my surprise and elation when Bill Baresch and the finance team were able to get me into a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze! All within about 4 total hours of work on their part! Bill is just about one of the nicest and easiest going individuals to work with. He has a natural ability of setting you at ease with the situation; not to mention he knew the vehicles on the showroom floor like no one I have ever met. I don't know what Bill and Jan Kay teach their employees but it sure is nice working with a group that is so upbeat and positive.
