Oil change I was given a waiting time of less than 60 minutes, got my vehicle back 1:45 minutes later. Given that it was only for an oil change & given that th I was given a waiting time of less than 60 minutes, got my vehicle back 1:45 minutes later. Given that it was only for an oil change & given that the person told me upfront that it will be less than an hour I am not satisfied with the length of time taken for such a basic service. Thanks. Bad experience with Chris in the service department If I could give this dealership a zero I will. I taken my car to her to get service by them cause my car was going off at the stop light once I put my If I could give this dealership a zero I will. I taken my car to her to get service by them cause my car was going off at the stop light once I put my car on the gas. I spoke with Chris in the service department and he told me to bring my car in on that Monday July 2, 2018. They going to look at it to see what was going on with it. I called a couple of days later and Chris said they couldn't find nothing at that time. I spoke with the GM warranty department to start a case because Chris acted as if he didn't want to find out what was going on with my car. So I called on Friday to July 6, 2018 to get an update on my car. Chris said they will keep it over the weekend to see if they can find out what's going on. On Monday I called Chris to see what was going on with my car. He told me that the tech was looking at it and he will call me back in a couple of hours. He called to tell me that the battery cable wasn't no good and that was the reason my car was shutting off at the stop light and it will cost me $700.00 plus. I said I am not paying you that. he said let me talk with my manager. He called back to say My manager said we can do it for $317.00 plus dollars. Who goes down on the prices by half. I told him that I will be picking up my car after work. I got my car and had the mechanic at my job to look at my car to find out that it's nothing wrong with my battery cables. So I took it to Roger Auto Group on Thursday July 12, 2018 and was called the next day with what was wrong with my car. My car needed a belt tensioner and a new belt. they replaced it within one day. This place had my car a whole week and didn't even look at my car. if they did, they would of knew what the problem was and for Chris to call me with something that didn't have nothing to do with the problem was not right. I will be calling to see what can be don't about people like Chris in the service department for lying just to make a dollar. More

I expected to hear from them that they could not find it. But they did find it and corrected it. Trunk lid would not open fully. Corrected it. The tech was thorough. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. They even washed the car. Got all the salt off. A fantastic experience. Thank you Bill Kay. More
Disappointed I lost my car keys and the car was towed to closest Buick Dealership. Service people were friendly but just didn't deliver all that was promised. I requested a car wash twice and was told two times that it was done. When I arrived it was not done and although the Service Guy apologized, he blamed someone else. He had specifically told me it was washed. If he is in "Service" shouldn't he have checked? He also called me to say that although the thermostat works now, there was a previous error message about the thermostat. Then he referred to the cold winter weather. I am not sure if he wanted me to say just repair it anyway, but I told him the car has an extended warranty. I asked him to call to see if it is warranty work, he said he would but he didn't. I am not sure what is up with the heat in my car, he just said it is working right now. Very disappointed, I had hoped to feel comfortable with Bill Kay. Will look for another Buick dealership next time. More
