Routine Service Made appt on-line with GMC app. Was easy. Received follow-up & reminder notices. Service was completed ahead of estimated time. Waiting area was clean Made appt on-line with GMC app. Was easy. Received follow-up & reminder notices. Service was completed ahead of estimated time. Waiting area was clean but noisy. A lot of employees having personal conversations in the area. This cost the fifth star in this review. More

Not sure of how good the service is. To soon to tell. Our car was diagnosed but the issue wasn’t found. However we got charged $30+ dollars for a tire to bE plugged and we were without a car for 6 hours a Our car was diagnosed but the issue wasn’t found. However we got charged $30+ dollars for a tire to bE plugged and we were without a car for 6 hours and had to pay za taxi to get home and then bum a ride for $20 which was too much for one day for a newly purchased vehicle. Nonetheless it’s still too early to judge how good or bad the service is. More

Weird Thermostat I called Mike because my AC wasn’t working. But when I brought it in, I told him that my car thought it was -25*F. I told Mike I thought it might be I called Mike because my AC wasn’t working. But when I brought it in, I told him that my car thought it was -25*F. I told Mike I thought it might be electrical. He agreed with me. They ran a test and determined that the electrical panel should be replaced and didn’t waste time checking the AC. They fixed it quickly and I’ve had no issues since. I really want to Thank Mike for listening to me and not running tests that didn’t need to be done! More
