I made an appointment 2 days before scheduled service. Service was for 8am oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 750. After going over paper work I sat in the waiting area at 8am. I did not hear anything until 930. 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. The woman never came to talk to me while waiting. When it was finally ready she only said sorry. What the $=_&=. You just lost a 6 year customer. Un called for. I'll be going elsewhere for services and vehicle purchases. Dennis Michaels More
