We had a great experience with Bill Kay GMC. our salesman Mike Lugowski was open with us and didn’t pressure us to buy a car. We were able to take an Acadia home for 24 hours and an Enclave for 24 hours. Thi Mike Lugowski was open with us and didn’t pressure us to buy a car. We were able to take an Acadia home for 24 hours and an Enclave for 24 hours. This allowed us to determine that we really liked the Acadia. The finance manager gave us a great deal. We love our Acadia. We ultimately picked a different dealer because Bill Kay didn’t have the color that we wanted. But Bill Kay respected us for this and said that we are welcome to bring the Acadia for service with them. So when we needed service last week, we were welcomed with open arms. I highly encourage new car buyers to visit Bill Kay and ask for Mike in particular. More

Went for a repair to an issue that should be a recall. Took a while to look at the car, should’ve been an hour but took all day. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with the service department. One service rep couldn’t get her computer to work, the other looked annoyed that I was even there. Not the level of service I am used to over the last decade. Communication was lacking. No information was provided except when I called to get it. Still not sure what work was actually done. I was told the work would take about an hour, after 3 hours I sent a text asking for a status, got no response so called. Was told it was being worked on and they would call with a diagnosis. 5 minutes before close I called again, car was ready but weren’t able to find any problem. Asked for a shuttle ride. 45 minutes later no shuttle. Called back and talked to sales manger (service had all gone home as I expected), he said shuttle was on its way. Not sure I believed him, but it did show up 10-15 minutes later. A/C works now, so that’s good. More
