Not an overall good experience. Went in with a coupon found on their website, only to be told that i couldn't use it. While there they said they found a bad lug nut and bolt (that the lug nut screws onto), but because they are nice they would replace both for free. Problem is, it had to be their team that did the damage when they served the car in January since no one else has touched the car. Now i question the quality of their work. The day after my appointment, an unexpected electrical hiccup showed up in my car. I called and the first words i heard were, an oil change couldn't cause that. I.E., not our problem. But they did tell me i could bring it in. Luckily that hiccup hiccup'ed again as i was getting ready to drive there and everything went back to normal so i didn't need to. Good service representative, but i question their entire service department now. More

Went in for routine maintenance and the inspection revealed a leak. Fortunately it was caught while still under warranty. They were able to fix it that same day. Was given a loaner so I didn’t have revealed a leak. Fortunately it was caught while still under warranty. They were able to fix it that same day. Was given a loaner so I didn’t have to wait there. They tried over charging me for a similar oil change. I’ve had an electrical problem for months and there is no clear cut direction we need to take. They say they send it to Corporate but I’ve heard that I’ve had an electrical problem for months and there is no clear cut direction we need to take. They say they send it to Corporate but I’ve heard that before. A price for service should be discussed before any work is done. I went to cashier and asked if she could see my last oil change and she said she had to get a service writer. He is alway sweet and gave me a $5 off but that still didn’t make me worried that the machanic didn’t have a clue when it comes to how many quarts. It seams that they are letting new people dictate what they want to charge. It was very upsetting I don’t like drama !!! Or want to worry if a simple oil change will turn into an argument of how many quarts a truck takes. More
Called the day of service to see if I could come in and get the check engine light read and then Schedualed the service a different day knowing they get busy, they ended up offering to fix it that day.
