I was absolutely scammed. They charged 4500 for service and to replace a sensor only for the exact same issue to come right back on 3 weeks later, and then told me it was the They charged 4500 for service and to replace a sensor only for the exact same issue to come right back on 3 weeks later, and then told me it was thermostat that caused the sensor glitch. They tried to charge me another 1000 dollars!!!!! I had to talk to three people for them to agree to cover the cost, and I still believe they should reimburse the difference between the thermostat and the part they didn't need to replace. I tried to speak to GM and was told there was no GM that day. Will never be going back to this dealer. More

I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle and the problem was fixed. The vehicle was there for 3 weeks and I wasn’t really kept updated on the progress. I had to call for updates. I called multiple times asking that the documents be emailed and was told that they would be but they never were. I finally went back to the dealer to get my paperwork. More
