We bought our 2020 Acadia last fall. The sales process was low key and no pressure. They offered us a great price but couldn’t get the color that we wanted. Both the GM and service manager both sent us a note indicating that they would be more than glad to service our Acadia even though we bought it somewhere else. Recently, we had an issue with the infotainment system. The service department provided us with a loaner that was bigger than normal because I’m 6’3” and have arthritic knees. The car has been fixed and we haven’t had an issue since. More

The body work was done good, but when we picked up the car we told them it was pulling to one side. So they did another alignment and rotated the tires. That did not fix the situation. So I took my Jeep Cherokee to my Jeep dealer and they discovered there was a bad wheel bearing from the accident. Thankfully I got a second opinion because it could have been a dangerous situation! From start to finish, the service department was truly helpful, and didn’t make me feel like I was trying to get away with something.
