I had my vehicle in for oil change and recall. They said about 4 hours for service. After 8 hours I called about truck. They said they had to order parts for recall and never told me till I called They said about 4 hours for service. After 8 hours I called about truck. Then when I pick it up they said they would pull it up front. 20 minutes later I asked where is my truck. Had to go and get it myself in parking lot. Not happy.
