I had my vehicle in for oil change and recall. They said about 4 hours for service. After 8 hours I called about truck. They said they had to order parts for recall and never told me till I called They said about 4 hours for service. After 8 hours I called about truck. They said they had to order parts for recall and never told me till I called in. The price that was giving at service time wasn’t correct. When I get there it was a lot more without calling me. Then when I pick it up they said they would pull it up front. 20 minutes later I asked where is my truck. Had to go and get it myself in parking lot. Not happy. Would never return not even for recall. That service was terrible. Salesman good service really bad More

Customer service is great. However, when purchasing I did some something I had never done before. They had all the figures covered with a white sheet of paper and insisted I si However, when purchasing I did some something I had never done before. They had all the figures covered with a white sheet of paper and insisted I sign. I wasn't thinking as I really like the car and needed transportation to my new job in Downers Grove. My credit score was lower then for a lot of reasons. IT fluctuates now between 750-780. I end up paying a 10.89 in 2018 and just made my last payment this month. So, I come to you for maintenance but that's all. More
