This was our first time shopping around for a new car and we had an absolutely pleasant experience. Being a younger couple we generally expected to be intimidated and taken less seriously as we set out to look for new cars, however we did not encounter any of that here at Bill Kay. Tyler, Jake, and Karl were extremely helpful and all went above and beyond to make our shopping experience as painless as possible. They maintained a very laid-back environment and were not pushy like most other dealers we have visited. This dealer is all around great and I would highly recommend their services to everyone. More

Our unexpected car buying experience. We stopped by Bill Kay Buick in Downers Grove, on the way to the Pugi Hyundai, dealer, just to confirm that we could not afford the Enclave- which wa We stopped by Bill Kay Buick in Downers Grove, on the way to the Pugi Hyundai, dealer, just to confirm that we could not afford the Enclave- which was our first choice. Nate Fox warmly greeted us and before we knew it, he found an Enclave, on the lot. Though still not within our price point, Nate continued to diligently work with us to achieve a fair price agreement. A very long story short and numerous hours later, we drove away in our new Enclave! Nate was wonderful to work with! He is genuine, down to earth, a good listener, professional, very personable, and all coupled with a truly great sense of humor! My husband and I have been professional educators for over 35 years and can read people quite accurately. Nate is good people! Marylin Imparto was very patient with our questions/concerns and did an excellent job explaining the financing details. Both David and Karl also worked well through Nate for us and personally introduced themselves. Although I'm not sure we bought the "contest" story Karl- but whatever it takes!!! Nate, Karl, Marylin, and Umberto (brought us gas, filled up the Enclave, and washed it for us), all stayed an hour and a half after closing, on a Saturday night, for the sale. I understand that comes with the job, but they were good natured, patient, and very accommodating when they no longer "had" to be. Overall, I have to say we were very happy and impressed with our experience at this dealer. I enthusiastically recommend both the dealership and Nate Fox!! More

Car had no accidents, basic features, ran well and it didn't give me any problems. My credit at that time was not very good but still made a good purchase on a vehicle with of course a high interest rate due to my credit. I decided to go back to Bill Kay and possibly trade-in my car that I purchased from them exactly a year and a half ago to see if I can lower my monthly payments. My sales rep was Nate Fox. I told Nate right from the start what I wanted out of my trade-in and he listened. I wanted lower monthly payments and a safe car to pass down to my son 3 years from now. Not only he made that happened, but also lowered my interest rate and put me in a nice used safe car. Thanks to Nate and Karl. They were a big help. Nate was very honest and did not put any pressure on me. My overall experience with Nate was excellent. Both Nate and Karl were very helpful and knowledgeable. Marilyn, finance manager, also helped lower my interest rate even more and was able to include a 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the 2011 Toyota Corolla I purchased. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and I wish there more car dealers out there like this. I will definitely go back and refer this dealer to my friends and family. More
