It had to be exactly that, because twins and all their crap. On a dreary Monday, we walked in and were quickly greeted by Roger. He was engaging but not pushy. He was funny but not cheesy. He was down to business but not a jerk. He quickly found the car we were looking for and took us out for a test drive. Once an agreement was made, we went on to be handled by Jose in financing which was an equally pleasant experience. He was thorough in his explanations and was quick with his process. Overall, a positive experience considering we had been to a few dealerships before this and were not treated as warmly. Not only would I purchase from Roger again, I will certainly refer him to friends in the market for a new car. More
