I would like to share my disgust that I have with Bill Kay Buick GMC. A couple weeks ago I contacted Bill Kay to see if they could help in a difficult situation we have into getting a car. I explained my Kay Buick GMC. A couple weeks ago I contacted Bill Kay to see if they could help in a difficult situation we have into getting a car. I explained my very situation in great detail right here on this very contact page. I was contacted by a Kevin who asked me to call him back. I never got a chance between work, family, etc. I was then contatced by the "sales manager" Tim that he would (email & voicemail) go over my file with Kevin and see if they could help. I didn't here anything for a day or so. I then emailed Tim and asked if they could help. I received a rude voicemail the next day from Kevin acting as if he called me multiple times attempting to help us and to just come in to work out a deal. I then called Kevin and left him a voicemail to ask if a deal could really be done as we have been jerked around by a ton of dealerships claiming to be able to help in our difficult situation. Kevin called me back a half an hour later with almost no knowledge of my story or my already explained difficulties. He asks how much we have to put down when I already told them $500, but that is no longer good enough "because a couple months back it changed to $ 1000." Why does the sign say in the window of the actual dealership $500 down Everybody drives? Kevin then explains he has to talk with Tim to see if a deal could get done and would get back to me in a few minutes. This was on Friday evening and I have yet to here back from Kevin and it is now Sunday morning. I understand our particular situation is difficult to get a deal done on any car purchase, but don't yank my chain. If you can't do it just be upfront I would have really understood. Instead Bill Kay wasted my time and effort, got our hopes up and wasn't able to come through. On top of all that your employees were rude, cocky and disrespectful. I think the real Bill Kay would be genuinely disappointed in the service you provided. If I ran my business on lies and misleading customers we wouldn't have be in business for 96 years and running. terrible! I went to Bill Kay to have a recall fixed on my car. While it was there they chose to wash it in 100 degree weather with cold water. This cause a 12 inch long crack in my winsheild that they refuse car. While it was there they chose to wash it in 100 degree weather with cold water. This cause a 12 inch long crack in my winsheild that they refuse to fix! They said if they fixed it, it would cost me $200! When I finally got my car home, it wouldn't turn off! I called the dealership to tell them what was going on and they said that it wasn't their problem! I am disgusted with their service and their treatment of my car. I would have been better off not having it fixed at all. I wish that I could give Bill Kay Buick less that a one star rating. More
My wife and I were very interested in the new Pacifica from Chrysler. We were shopping via the internet and were put in touch with Gus the internet sales rep. I had a Cavalier and a Camry in trade. The Ca from Chrysler. We were shopping via the internet and were put in touch with Gus the internet sales rep. I had a Cavalier and a Camry in trade. The Camry was not running, it needs a new water pump and timing belt. Gus told me that he could not gaurentee any price for the Camry without first seeing it. If the problem was indeed a water pump he would offer us $4000. I called Gus back and told him that I would be willing to have the car towed out if he would agree to the price of $30500 on an in stock Pacifica. I also told him that I was concerned I wouldn't have enough in trade to meet the 10% down required for the 0% 60 month financing. I inquired how much more cash I would need to complete the deal. He told me that we can work that out in person and to have the car towed in. He then agreed to the $30500 price for the Pacifica and $5525 in trade if the Camry needed no other work then a water pump. I proceeded to pay $80 to a local tow shop and had the Camry towed out. My wife and I then proceeded to the dealer. Once there we were informed that this price was with the factory $3000 cash back. I refered back to our conversation and how I specifically said I wanted 0% and this was the price given. Gus claimed that he said no such thing. Gus lied to our face and his manager proceeded to tell us how they couldn't possibly offer that price. I again spoke of our phone conversation and Gus apparently had amnesia and could only manage to smirk at us as his manager told us that we should have had the quote emailed to us for proof. The bottom line is DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER! In the future I will make sure I have everything in writing before trusting a phone price. We are still going to buy a Pacifica, just not from this dealer. Went in to test drive a new Pontiac under GM 24 hour test drive, and was treated to the rudest sales manager I have ever met. Told him why I was there, and he started in with, well you know we don't have tha drive, and was treated to the rudest sales manager I have ever met. Told him why I was there, and he started in with, well you know we don't have that many cars to use under program, what if you smash car, don't drive fast, don't, don't don't, just about everything. I got upset and, and got into an argument with him regarding his sales technique, and was about to speak to the owner of the franchise, when he finally allowd me to take a car to test drive. I drove it, liked the car, and bought it at another dealership. More
