Juan, the 'paperwork' guru who handled the licensing transfer and the financing, was also pleasant, professional, and made me quite comfortable. Like Roger, Juan was thorough in his descriptions of the various stages of the buying process and was clearly listening to my questions and concerns. While the transaction took a bit of time to complete, I drove away confident that everything had been handled to both my satisfaction and that of the dealership. I contacted Bill Kay at 4:30 pm , spoke to a very helpful Jasmin, while driving to the dealership Alex my sales assoc , called me to introduce himself I contacted Bill Kay at 4:30 pm , spoke to a very helpful Jasmin, while driving to the dealership Alex my sales assoc , called me to introduce himself , I arrived at the dealership at 6:30pm .Alex listened to all of the things I was looking for & addressed each one , then found me the perfect vehicle & assisted me while going through the finance process , The gentlemen I dealt with in the finance dept were extremely friendly , helpful & professional.
