We purchased 4 cars from them so when we decided to purchase a Buick, we went to Bill Kay Buick. Don Jorman was the best dealer we ever worked with. Always a simle. What a personality! We appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was not pushy like dealers we worked with in the past. Don found the car with the equipment and color combination we wanted. He kept us informed constantly on the progress of the deal, rebates, the Costco incentive, etc. We are having tubes installed as part of the deal. Don ordered them immediatly and will call us to have them installed as soon as they arrive. We would highly recommend him to family and friends, and will go back to him the next time we want to purchase a veichle. The finance went quickly, and again Mike was not pushy when explaining other services we could purchase. He just wanted to inform us of other options that were available. Karl told us not to hesitate to contact him anytime with any issues that may occure. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. More

Awesome experience! All of my negotiations happened online. I was working with one other dealership for a different car type. I started the negotiation with Agnes who was extremely helpful. Then, spoke to the sales manager via phone and came in and worked directly with Nate. The price was already worked out. Therefore I just had to come in and complete paperwork and get out. We managed to do this in about 2 hours. Not bad. Smooth. Nate was awesome to talk with, knowledgeable, funny and very easy to work with. This was BEST car buying experience we've ever had. We live in Elgin and drove to Downers Grove to purchase the Buick Encore. We'll be happy to purchase our next vehicle from this dealership!! Great, clean, fun environment. The finance guy Nick was good to work with as well. He made it quick for us to get out of there as we had to pick up our children. More
Absolutely terrible... A car buying nightmare Am I surprised that they make fun of their partner dealerships in front of the customers? NOT AFTER GOING THERE. "Bill Kay Chevy only sold 5 cars on a Saturday" in case anyone was wondering... This is what the Bill Kay Buick salesman were speaking about in front of their customers. When I arrived at Bill Kay Buick, it was pretty empty - and luckily I had already made an appointment with the internet sales team so I thought it wouldn't be a bad wait. I WAS WRONG. I waited almost an hour before a salesperson took me out to look at the first dirty Buick vehicle (which was also taken out of the shop because it had been damaged on the lot). I was not shown or told about any special features on the vehicle - just asked how fast I could make the purchase. Now to be fair, Paul was a nice gentleman - he was not the reason my experience was completely terrible. It was instead his manager, Mike Darge. This individual was SO RUDE. I accepted a deal on a car, and later on when signing the paperwork - there was an additional $30/ per month added on, and I was just expected to sign. I was not told there was an increase or anything. Mike told me "he hadn't finished the numbers" when I accepted their proposal - and that he could not go any lower. I told Mike and Paul I was no longer interested and as I was walking out, Mike Darge yelled at me "I WON'T MAKE THIS DEAL FOR YOU AGAIN." (By the way, there was no deal - no money taken off sticker price or anything.) I told the dealership about my experience, and in their sincere apologizes, GUESS WHAT! - they had Mike Darge call me AGAIN and tell me he couldn't do any better so they would take me off their call list. (So sweet, thanks guys!) All they cared about was taking my money - not my experience - not finding a car I loved - just completing the purchase. This is the first time I really was disgusted by GM. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. This was exactly how people picture buying a car - pushy salesman and crooked managers. BTW - I had a wonderful experience at Acura, Nissan, and Honda. If someone is looking for a car, I would recommend ANYWHERE besides this terrible joke of a dealership. More

I had shopped two other Dealerships in my quest to purchase my 2015 LaCrosse. I knew I would not be buying my car there. When speaking to Nate on the phone, he assured me that the Dealership would not only honor the USAA/TrueCar price quote for the exact vehicle I wanted, but he physically laid eyes upon it. Upon arriving at the store, the car was parked by the door for my inspection. Not only did Nate listen to me, but he followed through with everything he said he would. We were in and out in less than two hours with exactly what we wanted and could not be happier with the new car purchase experience. I would recommend Nate and Bill Kay Buick / GMC to anyone. More

Best Dealership experience ever!!! I live in Michigan and came to Bill Kay because I had been looking for a Buick Enclave and found one here. I first started emailing with Agnes. Agnes is absolutely amazing at customer service and really cared about us as customers. That is because we were 3 hours away and had limited time when we came to the dealership. I then began talking to Jake our salesman and he was awesome. He went above and beyond for us because we had to leave to get back to MI. He went in back and changed our tires for us to move it along faster. Then we already had financing but to finish our deal we worked with Dave Casino and man he is great too. I will drive back and buy from them again every time because they care about relationships and selling a great product. You can't go wrong with any of these people and you can trust them to treat you like you want to be treated when spending a lot of money. It was fun and just an excellent experience from start to finish. My wife and I guarantee this dealership. It's so worth the drive for us and you. More
You'd never know Mike Darge was the GM. I actually went here as I was trying to pick between the Tahoe and the Denali, which then lead me here to the Chevy dealership. I ended up starting a conversation with Mike Darge (who turned out to be the GM of the GMC dealership) and after some discussion, I ended up deciding I liked the look of the Tahoe more than that of the Denali. Mike, himself, took me down the street to their sister dealership (Chevy) and set me up with the guys down there with a Tahoe. Unbelievable customer service from both the GMC and Chevy stores. Thanks again for the great deal. I'll be back for another one when the time comes. More
