He made sure to answer any questions I had, I trusted that he was getting me in to the best car for my needs. Never did I feel pressured or rushed in the process and he even made me laugh a few times during a process that I have previously dreaded. I am excited to get in my Acadia every day now and would like to thank Nate and the dealership for this! Thank you! More
Terrific Experience with Nate Fox! My wife and I narrowed our search between a new 2015 Acadia and Yukon. We set an appointment to meet with Nate Fox through Agnes Casino's help. Agnes My wife and I narrowed our search between a new 2015 Acadia and Yukon. We set an appointment to meet with Nate Fox through Agnes Casino's help. Agnes was very helpful over the phone and through e-mail; in fact based on her quick response to my initial Edmund's Price Promise request, and as well, fair and upfront price offered, I decided to give Bill Kay a try. We met with Nate and found him to be very honest, personable and professional. Nate took the time to explain the Acadia and Yukon in detail and even pulled them side by side in the indoor bay so we could compare the two options and make the best selection. Nate didn't try to sell us one of the cars, rather, he explained the benefits of each and answered our questions. My wife concluded she liked the Acadia and we made a deal that evening with Nate. Nate honored the online price and gave a fair trade value for my used car. I agreed to come back the next day to meet with Nate and finalize the paperwork. When I met with Nate the following day he had everything ready to complete the sale. Unrelated to Nate, but something I should mention, the dealer (used car manager and sales manager) tried to reduce my agreed upon trade in price by $800, and, also tried to add the $925 destination fee to the final price, even though it was already accounted for in Edmund's online price. I said I'd walk out of the dealership if the pricing agreements I made with Nate were not honored, and the dealer acquiesced. I feel bad for Nate because the pricing "shenanigans" were no fault of Nate, but he had to sit there and watch me have to haggle. I can tell it made him uncomfortable. Also, I should mention the finance department said they had to pull my credit report to verify my identity (when I mentioned I already had financing lined up) and I had to call them out on that too. They really pushed their financing which I didn't need as I have a long term relationship with my bank and they gave me the financing I needed. Ultimately the finance experience was OK, it just started off on a bad foot. On the delivery side the Acadia was prepped and ready to go. Nate explained the car and thanked us for our business. To summarize my long review, Nate was terrific, super honest and I'd refer my friends/family to him anytime. As for the other stuff I had to deal with, I'd recommend that Bill Kay cut out the funny business and let his good salespeople do their thing. Bernie and Amy Czerwinski More

Disappointed I lost my car keys and the car was towed to closest Buick Dealership. Service people were friendly but just didn't deliver all that was promised. I requested a car wash twice and was told two times that it was done. When I arrived it was not done and although the Service Guy apologized, he blamed someone else. He had specifically told me it was washed. If he is in "Service" shouldn't he have checked? He also called me to say that although the thermostat works now, there was a previous error message about the thermostat. Then he referred to the cold winter weather. I am not sure if he wanted me to say just repair it anyway, but I told him the car has an extended warranty. I asked him to call to see if it is warranty work, he said he would but he didn't. I am not sure what is up with the heat in my car, he just said it is working right now. Very disappointed, I had hoped to feel comfortable with Bill Kay. Will look for another Buick dealership next time. More
