I had my vehicle in for oil change and recall. They said about 4 hours for service. After 8 hours I called about truck. They said they had to order parts for recall and never told me till I called They said about 4 hours for service. After 8 hours I called about truck. They said they had to order parts for recall and never told me till I called in. The price that was giving at service time wasn’t correct. When I get there it was a lot more without calling me. Then when I pick it up they said they would pull it up front. 20 minutes later I asked where is my truck. Had to go and get it myself in parking lot. Not happy. Customer service is great. However, when purchasing I did some something I had never done before. They had all the figures covered with a white sheet of paper and insisted I si However, when purchasing I did some something I had never done before. They had all the figures covered with a white sheet of paper and insisted I sign. I wasn't thinking as I really like the car and needed transportation to my new job in Downers Grove. My credit score was lower then for a lot of reasons. IT fluctuates now between 750-780. I end up paying a 10.89 in 2018 and just made my last payment this month. So, I come to you for maintenance but that's all. More
