Had to bring my vehicle back after they did a repair, was told I would get a call from the service manager that day when he arrived and I didn’t receive a call until 3 days later. I brought in a 2016 acadia gmc for a simple replacement for a master door switch. David says the car has a wiring problem and the wire harness needs to be replaced. He gives me the schematics which was oka for a master door switch. David says the car has a wiring problem and the wire harness needs to be replaced. He gives me the schematics which was okay, but I felt like they should've replaced the part anyway. Then he proceed to tell me that his mechanics can 'Jimmy rig' the wires and spliced them together to make the door switch work and charge me $2,000. Cmon man, are your mechanics know what they are doing? Im not happy and I will NOT go back there again. More
