We just completed a purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape hybrid. Our shopping experience with Bill Jarrett is colored by a 7-week search for a hybrid Escape and dealing with ~8 dealers. Becky was our virtual eyes and ears describing the car and specifically addressing our concerns from the various TSBs affecting this model and a test drive of a similar vehicle. Since we were away on business, Becky arranged for my friend to conduct a test drive and had it all set when he arrived. After negotiating the sale, Becky delivered the car to our house in Orlando. The only negative was some forms had our names misspelled. They overnighted the corrected forms. Ultimately, we are happy with the price paid and felt taken care of throughout the process. More

Call me crazy, but I wanted the best deal to be had. I love the dealer and the employees. No pressure, spent more thim with us and never felt like I was being rushed into anything.
