I’ve always had a pleasant relationship with Jacobs MINI, the sales staff, the finance manager, the service staff, and especially with Mitch Shefveland, my service advisor. I’ve always been extremely pleased with the way I was treated being a young man at the time of my first purchase to my recent 2017 Mini Clubman purchase a few years ago. Mitch Shefveland has been my Mini service advisor for as long as I can remember and has always gone above and beyond my expectations. Mitch never ceases to amaze when providing his experience and expertise to ensure that I am getting the best service and care from the team at Bill Jacobs MINI. For the first time, I took advantage of the pick up and drop off option. A driver brought me a temporary car and took my car to the shop for me. The simplicity of this interaction as well as the time saved in travel made a big difference in keeping me mobil for work. An in-depth video was sent to me by Joe Ormsby from service team of his initial findings on my car. From the engine to the length of the undercarriage, Joe reviewed all of his initial findings to me both verbally and visually. I was kept in the loop via text message and phone call from Mitch throughout the process. A digital invoice was sent to me to review what all had been done. As well as a simple online payment option through Bill Jacobs MINI website. Making this my best experience to date. I live closer to a different Mini dealership and would not give up the experiences or appreciation I have for the team at Bill Jacobs MINI. They have always stepped up when I needed them. I plan to have a Mini for years to come and I know that Bill Jacobs MINI will be there for me along the way. More
