We had a recent service for our 2020 X1. First, we were pleased to drop off the X1 the night before so it would be worked in the next day which was helpful for our schedule. The next morning First, we were pleased to drop off the X1 the night before so it would be worked in the next day which was helpful for our schedule. The next morning we received an inspection video and a call from our service manager Jeff talking through the recommended service items. While there was more work than initially anticipated, the items did make sense given the X1’s age so we went ahead. Jeff indicated the X1 would be ready that same day, and indeed it was. He also provided a mid-day update which was helpful. More
