Bill Jacobs BMW - Service Center

A dealer that still delivers the BMW service one expects out of the brand. I decided to buy a used i3 online (our 2nd one) and ince delivered it wasn't as advertised. I took it to another BMW dealer and out of the brand. I decided to buy a used i3 online (our 2nd one) and ince delivered it wasn't as advertised. I took it to another BMW dealer and asked them to look it over and to do a battery degradation test. I received a call from the advisor saying there is no such thing as a battery degradation test and instead he tried to sell me breaks. After multiple attempts trying to explain what service I need, I decided to just take the car. I called Bill Jacobs and scheduled an appointment to look at the car and see if they can do a degradation test. I was taken care of by Brendon whom right the way noted that the car can have the test done, and that it's also due for multiple services which the other dealer did not even note. He kept me updated on the work and explained all my questions without any discrepancy or lack of knowledge. Absolutely fantastic service, will go back with my next BMWs. More
