Advisors don't return calls. I called them more than 9 times since mid June - July 11th and I missed 1 returned called from my advisor Brendon. After he gave me my qoute I cal I called them more than 9 times since mid June - July 11th and I missed 1 returned called from my advisor Brendon. After he gave me my qoute I called him, and on 2 calls he was on PTO and then he was with a customer. Spoke with 2 advisers that told me they'll get back to me with the quote. They never did. Rob and Diane from the calling center made a commitmentt to getting me help. Thst never happened. Diane said she's going straight to the general manager and they'll get back to me shortly. 2 1/2 hours later, no return call. I made other calls but,Brendon wasn't available and I was not leaving anymore messages. So I finally decided to thake a ride to dealership. All I wanted was a confirmation of my quote and get an appointment to service my car. When I arrived at I discovered that the general manager wasn't there. The 2 people under him weren't available. Filling frustrated. I told a young lady at the desk that I will go straight to speak with one of the advisors. No advisors could be seen. Mike C was inpecting a car. Then it happened I finally got an appointment and my quote. Mike A. went to work on my request and in 10 minutes he ordered the part and gave me a quote. Yahoo!! Finally!! I must say Mike A. stayed very professional as I explained my situation with frustration. More

I really enjoyed the waiting room area. I had plenty of room to do my work while my car was being serviced. Alex kept me updated the whole time. I even had my car washed too.
