On a day when I pick up the car the ABS light was on I turned around and and go back talk to Bill Earnest about it he offer they will fix that so next day I brought the car back and like Bill says they did fix it quick that was on Friday so I got the loaner for the weekend I really appreciate it, the service was really good I'm really happy with them I would highly recommend that dealership especially Bill Earnest really good guy.Thank you Artur. Bill Earnest knew I was looking switch from a sedan to an SUV, so he made sure a loaner was available to me so I could get a long term view. Once the decision was made a few quick emails solidified the features and deal. Car was ordered promptly. It was a factory order. A few weeks later car was on site. Spent some time with the “Genius” to learn what was new, then finance to sign some paperwork, shook Bill’s hand goodbye and I was on my way in my sweet new X5. More

Alex was so friendly, honest, knowledgeable and even explained to me the services my car needs where no one else can explain to me via their 800 number when I called. This is the first time i recieve a good advice from a service advisor. Great experience and easy scheduling. I would never look for other dealership, this is the dealership!!! Highly recommended. It's great dealing with the same person with each visit. I go twice a year to have them swap between winter wheels/tires and summer wheels/tires, plus whatever maintenance is due. He knows me. He knows my car. I trust him. I've had bad experiences at other dealers, doing poor work and making poor service recommendations. Admittedly, the car and service cost more, but I trust their service department to do exactly what is needed and nothing more to keep my car performing properly, even oil changes. I always get a loaner, so the service visits are convenient. Scheduling appointments is easy online. More

At both times I was working with Don Pawlik and he is very responsive a I took my 2011 X3 to Bill Jacobs BMW for a waterpump issue, and tie rod issue. At both times I was working with Don Pawlik and he is very responsive and notified me of all the things that I still need done to have my wife's car running again like new.
