This review is long overdue! I worked with Bill Earnest when I bought my car over 2 years ago. I walked in expecting to feel intimidated and way in over my head since I've only purchased a car once before. when I bought my car over 2 years ago. I walked in expecting to feel intimidated and way in over my head since I've only purchased a car once before. My experience with Bill was the complete opposite of what I had expected! Even though he had come in on his day off (to accommodate my schedule!), he didn't try to rush me, patiently took the time to go through all of my questions/concerns, and was honest and transparent with me. He was so helpful in offering his professional opinion that he really eased the process of making such a big decision. Just this past week I reached out to him with some questions regarding some work needed on my car and to my surprise he remembered me after 2 whole years! He referred me to Alex Flinn for my service needs who was incredibly professional, informative, and personable. I had been told by a different BMW dealership of all the service that I should perform on my car and Alex explained which work was too early to get done and which work I should prioritize. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and resourcefulness. He was extremely knowledgable of my warranties and the needs of my car. I can't imagine getting my service done with anyone else after this. Bill Earnest and Alex Flinn really value their client relationship and upholding the standards of the brand; I recommend them with 5 stars! More
