When I first bought my 2021 Rouge, everything went quick and easy. Then I had my oil changes for 3 yrs. I'd get checked in quick and out in know time. Then my vehicle would only click ,I called their tow t and easy. Then I had my oil changes for 3 yrs. I'd get checked in quick and out in know time. Then my vehicle would only click ,I called their tow truck (got delivered) Friday night . The next morning Kenneth called me said I was ready to go. I know when I go to Bill Hood Nissan I will be taken care of. Everyone is so helpful & kind. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you all for the care for my car. More
