I brought my girlfriends car to the service department to help with some electrical problems after IDA. We did everything possible to fix the problems but eventually we needed help from a dealership. I stopp help with some electrical problems after IDA. We did everything possible to fix the problems but eventually we needed help from a dealership. I stopped in to ask questions and was introduced to Mark in service. He answered all my questions and gained my trust. I gave him a cap on the amount I was willing to spend and dropped her car off later that evening. The next day around 5pm I got a call from Mark and he explained the car hadn’t been looked at yet but was in rotation for the next day. I was in shock. Mark was outstanding in his communication and professionalism with me. I was impressed and very satisfied from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for service if I ever need it again. Bought bumper to bumper insurance and expected sunroof to be covered if it shattered while driving down the road not around any other vehicles but guess not. Also because of the sunroof my radio broke and it doesn't cover that either go figure. Now they are refusing to work on my vehicle because of a previous review. Just want to help with my review when I tell you to think about checking other dealerships before coming here. More

I’m from out of town My silvarado 2500HD(2015) with a fifth wheel was towed to this dealership one day ago. They diagnosed the problem, got me and my wife a rental car so My silvarado 2500HD(2015) with a fifth wheel was towed to this dealership one day ago. They diagnosed the problem, got me and my wife a rental car so we could make it back to Illinois. All under warranty. They went out of their way for us. Their diesel mechanic was great. We are waiting for the parts to fix my truck. They have our fifth wheel in their parking lot. I wish this dealer was in illinois. More
