Scheduled an appointment brought in and while waiting the service center worked in some other vehicles while I waited on my service. All is fine. Okay a few days later I had my engine light come on and messa service center worked in some other vehicles while I waited on my service. All is fine. Okay a few days later I had my engine light come on and message told me to take to dealer immediately, so I called and went straight to dealer. They refused to work me in and told me I would have to leave it for a few days. I said okay I need a courtesy vehicle they said they didn’t have any, which the sale sticker, which is still in my truck, stated 100000 mile power train warranty with a courtesy vehicle. This is my only way of going therefore I had to leave with my truck. I’m extremely disappointed, I bring my truck to the dealer to get serviced and pay extremely higher price for it. I guess as long as they can make sales of vehicles and sales on the services at their convenience is all that matters to them. I felt disrespected and unappreciated, also they didn’t honor the agreement they sold me. I don’t know if I will ever do business with them again and definitely not recommend anyone to go there. More
