My salesperson, Andrew Reeves was great. I would purchase another vehicle from him. He is knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He came in on his day off to make this transaction. 5 1/2 hours to purchase a truck that I already selected the afternoon before. Much too long. There did not seem to be a sense of urgency within the dealership. Tire pressure was at 39psi in 3 tires and 40 psi in one. No one could adjust. Was told I had to bring it back. I work and don't have a lot of time to do that. $50,000+ sale and no one can adjust tire pressure. Really? I got the feeling that I was no longer important after I signed on the dotted line that afternoon. That also tells me the truck was not inspected before I took it. If you are going to sell cars on Saturday, there should be someone who can service them and address minor issues there as well. The following day, Bill in service seemed concerned and reassured me that any service would be addressed efficiently in the future. 4-5 salespersons hanging out in the foyer. Intimidating to customers. BYT this is the 2nd vehicle I bought from this dealership. More

Bill was a great consultant, and they were able to get my vehicle diagnosed and fixed the same day. However, in the past when I have brought my vehicle in for service, they usually wash the vehicle, check th vehicle diagnosed and fixed the same day. However, in the past when I have brought my vehicle in for service, they usually wash the vehicle, check the fluids, air etc. Not this time, and they did not even reset my clock after installing a new battery.
