Brought my Yukon in for repair. Second visit to Service - Bill is great for making sure I understand the whole process, why things are the way they are (for example, ACC is not included on this truck because it doesn't work very well with understand the whole process, why things are the way they are (for example, ACC is not included on this truck because it doesn't work very well with this badass offroad package), and that I am, well, a happy customer. Disappointed that our vehicle came in for a scheduled appoinment for a check engine light staying on. Vehicle was never looked at by day two. Service Advisor suggested at this point that "Most owners ren appoinment for a check engine light staying on. Vehicle was never looked at by day two. Service Advisor suggested at this point that "Most owners rent a car while waiting for service ." We were never told this prior to dropping off the vehicle. We picked up our vehicle and went to another shop; diagnosed and repaired within 1 day. Clearly they should tell Customers if they are overbooked or short staffed. More
