Took my GMC Yukon in to get a God awful front end noise checked out. Turned out to be a wheel bearing. They got it right in and had the new part on in no time at all! I would recommend Bill Harris Chevrolet-Buick-Cadillac to my friends. This was the first time I had any service done since I purchased the vehicle. I had a problem with the right side passenger mirror not m my friends. This was the first time I had any service done since I purchased the vehicle. I had a problem with the right side passenger mirror not moving when backing up. It was checked out and I was told it needed parts that had to be ordered. They called when the parts arrived and I brought it back in for service. Then I was told that the service person had a problem with the installation. He broke the mirror and scratched the inside door panel. Parts had to be ordered that necessitated another trip back for service. I was a little upset coming back for a third time, but was pleasantly surprised when the repair was handled in less than an hour. I was happy with the final results. t More
This bunch at Bill Harris worked with me getting just what i wanted in a reasonable time frame, I would recommend them to anyone. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Gary Guemelata and the others at the dealership that I dealt with. This used truck was on the lot for a long time, so there was plenty of time to thoroughly clean the vehicle and it was not done. It was clean enough for the test drive, but upon closer inspection when I got it home, the nooks and crannies are filthy. I will have to take the time to completely detail the truck myself. The other thing that disappointed me was the less than quarter tank of fuel. This was the first vehicle I have purchased, new or used, that did not come with a full tank of fuel. More

David did a fantastic job of helping me find the right vehicle. We test drove many different Cruze's, in all of the models and even tried for the standard (which was a complete fail. ha!) David kept me updated the entire time of the process of tracking down the Cruze and when it would be in, and making sure i was completely satisfied with the vehicle before signing papers. David showed me every detail to the vehicle and help me set up my Onstar and XM radio. He's an amazing salesman and i would refer anyone to him! More
I had previously purchased a 2006 G6 from Bill Harris in September of 2007. At that time, Scott Harris and Bob Schuster told me that when I was ready to get into a different vehicle to come back to them an September of 2007. So, just last week,I made the decision that it was time to get something more economical in terms of better gas mileage as my drive to work daily is about 120 miles round trip. My G6 was horrible at about 27 miles to the gallon. Again, I worked with Bob Schuster and told him my concerns. He knew the perfect car for me would be the 2012 Cruze. I loved those cars but could not imagine myself driving off the lot with a brand new car. To my pleasant surprise, they made it work - it was so easy to work with Bob and the Harris Dealership again. My 2012 Cruze was literally on the showroom floor and I couldn't be happier with it! Hey, 42-46 miles to the gallon...need I say more! I have always felt like family when I do business with them... from buying a car to getting an oil change. I would definately recommend you stop in and see them! More
