I was very happy with the service I received from Josiah, Brooke & Scott, but was a little disappointed after picking up my vehicle. I couln't believe with the way the weather was (below 0) that it was not Brooke & Scott, but was a little disappointed after picking up my vehicle. I couln't believe with the way the weather was (below 0) that it was not suggested to pull both vehicles inside to switch things over, and there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas in it. I didn't even make it to Mifflin before the gas light came on. I was also disappointed that the car was not washed before I picked it up. I test drove it on Tuesday and said that I would take it. Josiah called me on Wednesday & said that everything went through & we set up an appt for Thursday at 4pm to pick it up. I feel there was plenty of time to wash it and put a little gas in it before I came in to fianalize things. More

I called ahead to let them know we were coming to look at the new Cadillacs. When we arrived, they brought a CTS and a XTS into the garage for us to look at. Josiah Martin was our sales rep and he was extrem the new Cadillacs. When we arrived, they brought a CTS and a XTS into the garage for us to look at. Josiah Martin was our sales rep and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of both vehicles. We were so impressed with him! We weren't able to bring the vehicle that we were wanting to trade due to a problem with one of the tires. Josiah drove to our house, changed the tire, and drove the vehicle back to the dealership so that the trade in value could be determined. In our book, that is going over and above in helping us out! We bought the XTS and a tiny hole was found in the leather. It was handled the following week and looks good as new. We will be recommending Bill Harris Dealership to all of our friends and family! The friendliness from the first phone call right through delivery was amazing! Between Josiah, Aaron Harris, Brooke in financing, and Scott Harris who took the time to chat with us, we felt that in all our years of buying cars, this was by far our best experience!
