My family has dealt with this dealership since we moved here about 20 years ago. Every time is great. Nate instructed me on all the safety points prior to a test drive and answered questions during the test drive. I have to say that was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. The entire crew was friendly, everything was organized well from start to finish. I left there feeling like I was "taken care of", not "taken". More
This was the first time I have ever purchased a new vehicle. The quality of the salesman was awesome. He took the time to thoroughly describe all of the features of the vehicle. We discussed all of my options and created a list of must-haves of the vehicle I wanted. Within the day, he was able to track down a vehicle with the specific color and package requested. He stayed within my requested budget for payments. When the car was ready for pick up, he took the time to showed me all of the features. Since I'm technology-challenged, he taught me how to set up the Syrius satellite radio, bluetooth and voice recognition features. All in all, David was superior. He was polite, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend Bill Harris Auto to anyone who prefers a car dealership with an unpressured atmosphere. Thank you! More

My mother bought a doge Journey in Florida, she lives there for 6 months out of the year. The dodge had some problems while still in Florida, and was eventualy fixed then she came home. She later needed there for 6 months out of the year. The dodge had some problems while still in Florida, and was eventualy fixed then she came home. She later needed service for her Journey, and visited Harris Auto Center. They took real good care of her, and even check for any recalls that may of been issued. Which they did find about passengerside door locks. She told Harris that they where replaced 6 months ago in Eustis. They told her that they probably put the same type back in, and it should be addresses. So they order the parts and did the recall in a timely manner. Most dealers wouldn't look that far since you didn't by it from them, but Harris did. Thats why when I saw this Dodge Truck on the lot that caught my eye I decided to deal on it. In my deal the truck had to be taken to an aftermarket rust proffer for rust, paint, fraric, and a sprayin bedliner. They did that even thou it took 3 days to complete the job. They brought back the truck and thats when er finnally finished the deal. More
I LOVE the Bill Harris dealership and was not surprised when I stopped into the Chrysler dealership and got a warm welcome. Bob was great to do business with, all folks that work there are very friendly an when I stopped into the Chrysler dealership and got a warm welcome. Not high pressure from Aaron Harris, very good customer skills and vehicle knowledge, Aaron very friendly, made a difference. Price of vehicle was high, price for trade in seemed low. My car needed the radiator cap replaced. I have a very busy schedule and they worked around my schedule. My mother was with me, she does not get around very well.
