Had my 2019 RAM 3500 6. 7 diesel. The check engine light keeps coming on since 70.000 mi. I've had it there over 10 times and the past two times the truck has been there (1.5 7 diesel. The time before that they had it for a week. The times before that 2-3 days here and there and nothing was fixed. They have gotten the check engine light to turn off, but I received the truck back and the check engine light comes back on. What is going on with this service dept?I'm floored speechless... More

First of all it took them months to even send our tag/title work in. We ran on dead temp tags for awhile. Our DMV told us to contact them to get another temp tag, they refused to do so. When our DMV finally got the paperwork they sent a regular tag instead of a weighted tag, which you'd think they'd know since they are the ones that sold us the truck. Get that situation cleared up only to find out that the welds on the front axle are cracked. Take it to our local dealership to have that issue taken care of and hopefully trade it in and go back to a Ford. While in there the appraiser takes a paint meter to it to find that the truck had been damaged and repainted before we purchased it brand new and we were not made aware. RAM is refusing to make the situation right and basically said we would have to eat the financial hit of trading it in for issues that had nothing to do with us. So....if you ever have to deal with RAM good luck, and I wouldn't recommend Bill Harris! More
They gave me help at the worst possible moment (with my car) I had been driving on the interstate when my check transmission light went on. I was finally towed to another automobile service company which advised advised me that I had to take my Jeep to have it fixed via a computer hook-up. We called Bill Harris in Ashland, Ohio and got an appointment for the following Monday (it was Friday). On my way driving home, the “check transmission” kept coming on and I had difficulty getting the car to pick up enough speed. I finally drove yo Bill Harris. This was 20 minutes before closing. The people at Bill Harris were very kind and managed to get me in and fixed my problem. I thank everyone in their efforts to help me with my car. One person was Laura but there was also a mechanic and another service desk lady that made time for me. I am a very grateful they were there! More
