Early December, I took my Jeep to Gaddis for an oil change and service for a couple of things. It came back to me out of the shop driving and sounding almost like a new one. The service department runs smoothly, keeps me informed, does what they tell me they are going to do, and does it all with courtesy that is hard to find today, anywhere. Gaddis has been taking care of my Overland for 12 years! I choose to have no one else service my Jeep except Gaddis! Even if you are a 75 miles away, it's worth the drive for the expert care. Then there is the Sales and Management. I have been looking at new cars for two years. A couple of weeks after my service mentioned above, I drove out with a new Grand Cherokee Overland.
