The second trip in we met with Chris who did a great job. He offered us just what Matt said and we left very happy with a new car. More

Matt gave me a straightforward very competitive price from the start. After a few emails and a phone call, I trusted Matt and Bill Estes to find the right car on a very short deadline, And put a downpayment in, which I never do.. Scott teamed up with Matt to make the search and delivery experience excellent. Because of the behavior of these two, I did not go with the lowest price which I had at another dealer on the exact car I wanted. Because that dealer behaved like a normal car sales operation. I will definitely recommend Bill Estes to friends and family. More

Found the perfect new car! I'm a long time Toyota owner. However, all my past Toyotas were certified used. I hated saying goodbye to my 12 year old Corolla. Great customer service by my salesperson I had decided to replace my 2001 Toyota Camry -- after a long search (several makes of cars), I decided that another Camry was what I wanted. And, of course, I went to Butler, because I'd been with them since 2001 and liked my car and the service there. The salesperson with whom I worked was truly top notch -- from the minute I began working with Rodney Smith, I felt comfortable and appreciated the way he goes out of his way to give exceptional customer service. In my case, he had his hands full, because I am a "dinosaur" who does not know technology. And my 2019 Camry was loaded with it!! Very intimidating. Rodney has spent extra time with me to make certain I understand how to use the bells and whistles I need to be able to use, and I very much appreciate him. He is a good teacher/explainer, and he definitely went the extra mile. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a car. I also appreciate Bob Butler who was also quite helpful and attentive. My suggestion is that maybe you would consider offering "classes" (instruction) to new car owners who, like me, might be intimidated. I would also like to say that I continue to be perplexed by the constant messages I get (email and phone) from Entune. I've tried calling the numbers given in the emails to get more information -- and the service in that case isn't up to par with Rodney's. As for the car, I love it! Pleasure to drive, and I hope it gives me as good an experience as did my 2001. More
