I worked with Cole Wallace when I was trying to lease a new Scion iQ. He was very professional, worked very quickly and efficiently, and was able to get me into my new car that day, even though I came in a new Scion iQ. The finance manager was not judgmental, and the dealership did not appraise my vehicle harshly at all. Another thing I noticed is that even though selling cars is a very competitive business, all the salesmen were very friendly and helpful toward each other and all of the customers on their sales floor. Andy Skinner helped Cole when he had some down time, getting my car gassed up and all shiny for me. Overall, I will definitely be sending all of my friends to see Cole Wallace, and Andy Skinner, when they're in the market for a new vehicle! More

This was my first time buying a car. I was nervous! I was scared! I was unsure! Cole took my anxiety and put it into a place never to be seen again, similar to what George Lucas did with the original theatri scared! I was unsure! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was friendly and really put me at ease during the trying time of making the largest purchase of my life thus far. I had been to other dealerships in the past two weeks, and I felt as though they were only after the sale. I felt pressured and unsure of what I was getting into. Not at Butler, though.
