I came to Butler Toyota after a sub-par experience at Tom Wood. A friend recommended Tom Flack and after a prompt response to my phone message, I came in to see Tom. My trade in was quoted at the price that I expected based on my research and Tom worked with me to get the car I wanted (2012 Prius Four, white with dark interior) at the price I was willing to pay (despite the fact that it seemed to be the only car that you didn't have on the lot.) After a very quick dealer transfer (2 days!), I have the perfect car! I appreciated Tom's attention to detail and patience. I learned much more about the Prius from Tom than I had learned at the previous dealership and that knowledge re-affirmed my purchase decision. Additionally, the finance staff was friendly and fast, a perfect combination - thanks to Max and Malcolm! Now, my husband is pretty jealous of my new ride, so we may be back sooner than later! We'll definitely recommend Butler Toyota and Tom! More

I went to this dealership for purchasing a used Toyota and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful Tom Flack was. I went there for 3 days in a row and spent almost 13-14 hours during those 3 days with T and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful Tom Flack was. This is the second time that we gone to this dealership, and with Mark Robinson. We had many options to go to other dealerships that wanted our business, but we wouldn't have felt right not going back to Bu and with Mark Robinson. The reason we came back was because of Mark, he was extremely pleasant, personable, helpful, and professional the first time we met him, and he still is. He worked with us to help my husband and I get a great deal along with Max Akram. They went beyond our level of expectaions and surpassed them by 110%. They both went above and beyond trying to work with us, and find a payment that would work with us financially. I am beyond grateful for the quality of work and service provided by Mark, and to Max who we met for the first time. These guys are great, and again we say thank you for such a great experience. We had already made a decision to trade in my husband's G35x for a larger car this year. Two growing kids and their sports equipment getting bigger every year was helping force the need. :) We decided we like the look and storage options of the Toyota Highlander Limited. We visited many dealerships (2 in Indy, 1 in Anderson, 2 in Greenwood, and 1 in Avon) that had 2010 and 2011 highlanders. This process was really starting to become exhausting and the level of experience of the different sales people we talked to was varied and conflicting... to say the least. None of these other sales people came close to Matt Brown. Matt knew and explained everything we asked about the car, the process, the other options, and finally got us a fantastic deal on a 2010 Highlander Limited. He was patient and had a style that alleviated the overwhelming stress that comes with making a big change/purchase. The dealership is a nice, clean building. The kids were sitting on couches eating popcorn, coloring, and reading in a sort of lounge area; we could see them from where we sat at the desk talking. It was an all-around great experience. As far as a first time car buyer this is the best experience I could have asked for.
