I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Ryan Ebling at Butler Toyota. I had a great experience! In 20 years of driving cars, I've never driven a new car off a lot and I've never been this confident that I was getting a very fair price for my trade along with the best price and financing on a new car. Ryan was not pushy and I felt like he was being honest with me in presenting all the options in a relatively unbiased fashion. I would not expect this from most salespersons, but absolutely bought at Butler because that is the approach that I like best - not pushy, forthcoming with information and responsive to my questions. More
Our experience at Butler Toyota was great! From the moment we walked in the door everyone was pleasant, greeted us with a warm hello and asked how we may be helped! He just answered our questions and tried to make our time there quick. We have purchased several cars at Butler and I can honestly say this experience was the best one thus far! More
This was my first new car buying experience while out on my own. I'm getting married this June so I wanted the most bang-for-my-buck on a trade on my 2007 Rav4 while still feeling like I was "Trading up" in my own. We were interested in the Toyota Tacoma, and Jim was exactly what we needed in a salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and accessible. Contacting and working with him even outside his usual work schedule was made very easy. He took care to listen to exactly what we were looking for and a week or so later I'm driving my 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road through snow like it's nothing. I'll more than likely be looking for a second car in about a year and I'll be asking for Jim. More

I had put just about everything into my '98 Camry. The engine still ran great, but it was in need of repairs that were more than it was worth. In addition, the car had 245,000 miles on it. Sales manager Eric Davis and salesman Andy Skinner took great care in assessing my needs and my budget and matching me with a solution that would work. I drove away in a new Scion xD and a three-year lease. It's nice to drive a car without a noisy muffler, squeaky brakes, and window that rolls down and up again! They gave me a fair price for my beater, too. More
